Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information Nexorra Studio collects through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. It covers this website only — work carried out under a signed client engagement is governed by that contract.

01

Who we are

Nexorra Studio (“we”, “us”) is a design and development studio operating at nexorrastudio.com. We are the data controller for the information described in this policy.

For any privacy question, correction or deletion request, email nexorrastudio@gmail.com.

02

Information you give us

We only collect information you choose to submit. There is no account system on this site and we do not ask for payment details here.

  • Project enquiry form. Your name, email address, company name, indicative budget range, the services you are interested in, your timeline, and the project description you write.
  • Newsletter. Your email address, if you submit it.
  • Chat assistant. The messages you type into the on-site chat widget.
  • Direct contact. Anything you include when you email us or book a call.
03

Information collected automatically

We use Vercel Analytics to understand which pages are visited and how the site performs. It reports aggregated, anonymised traffic data and does not use tracking cookies or build a profile of you across other websites.

Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type and requested URL, for security and reliability purposes.

04

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
  • To assess whether a project is a fit before we take a call.
  • To send the occasional studio newsletter, where you asked for it. Every email carries an unsubscribe link.
  • To operate, secure and improve the website itself.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal effects.

05

Service providers we share it with

We keep the list short and use each provider only for the purpose named. Each processes data on our instructions.

  • Vercel — website hosting and privacy- friendly analytics.
  • FormSubmit — relays project enquiry and newsletter form submissions to our inbox.
  • Google (Gemini API) — generates replies in the on-site chat assistant. Your chat messages are sent to Google to produce a response. Please do not enter confidential or sensitive information into the chat widget — use the enquiry form or email instead.
  • Calendly — scheduling, when you book a strategy call. Calendly collects the details you enter into its own booking form under its own privacy policy.
  • Google (Gmail) — our email inbox, where enquiries are received and stored.

Some of these providers operate outside your country, so your information may be transferred internationally. We may also disclose information where we are legally required to.

06

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained in our inbox for as long as needed to evaluate and service the relationship, and for our own records afterwards. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will do so unless we are required to retain it.

07

Your rights

Depending on where you live — including under the UK and EU GDPR, and under California law — you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal information, to receive a portable copy, and to withdraw consent.

Exercise any of these by emailing nexorrastudio@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days and do not charge for a reasonable request. If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

08

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we will notify affected people and the relevant authority where a breach requires it.

09

Children

This site is intended for business enquiries and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

10

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top. Material changes will be made clear on the page rather than applied silently.
